Quality, Tradition, Conviviality: these are the ingredients of a very tasty recipe. The basket of our flavours is really rich: the Apricot of Romagna, the Nectarine Peach, the sweet Marrone (large chestnut) of Castel del Rio. More: Squacquerone (fresh cheese which marries perfectly with Piadina), Honey, Castrato (mutton chop), Onion, the Potato of Bologna and the Shallot of Romagna. These products should be always tasted with the DOC Colli d'Imola wines.
This is the production area of Albana di Romagna DOCG and, above all, of "...That tameless Imolese, spirited Sangiovese" (From "I Baccanali" by Girolamo Baruffaldi, published in Venice in 1722)..
Wine Cellar of the Region Emilia-Romagna
The Enoteca was established to represent, promote and guarantee the quality and potential of the wines of the Region Emilia-Romagna. It is housed in the beautiful underground rooms of the Sforza Castle in Dozza where 800 wines produced by 200 wineries are on display also for sale. Balsamic vinegars, spirits, olive oils and other specialties can be purchased as well. A wine-bar is available for tasting.

The Wine and Flavours Route of Imola’s Hills
It is a path winding through ten Municipalities. Tourists can satisfy any need of their palate, all year round, by visiting the several Route’s members scattered along the many branches of this itinerary. Wineries, farms, dairies, holiday farms, stock-farms and restaurants are available for visits and tasting experiences of the wines and products typical to the territory.
